I don’t know, I was expecting them to be better, but they just tasted really bland to me. Kind of stale, a little too chewy, and there wasn’t much flavor going on. I took one bite and was just... yeah, disappointed.

I was let down when the box arrived. The bagels were all squished, a few already looked a little stale, and one of the bags was open. Maybe it happened during shipping, but the whole thing came across as kind of careless and definitely wasn’t what I was expecting

My tracking never updated, so I had no clue where my order was the whole time. I emailed support a few times and either got no reply or felt like they were acting as if I was the problem for asking. It was really frustrating and way more stressful than it needed to be. I wouldn’t go through this again.

Didn’t love it. The site felt clunky, and ordering was annoying. Maybe others won’t mind, but I probably won’t use bestnybagel.com again.

Uh, the checkout kept freezing on me, and after trying twice I just gave up. It was way more of a hassle than it should’ve been.

I’ve ordered twice now, and to be fair, the bagels were good both times. The delivery experience just wasn’t totally consistent. My first order showed up right on time, but the second one was late and the tracking didn’t really update, which made it a little frustrating when I was trying to plan breakfast. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but I do think it’s fair to expect more dependable timing.

The prices feel way too high for what you’re getting. I don’t mind paying more when it feels worth it, but this just feels like the company is choosing to overcharge customers...

I reached out to bestnybagel.com about an issue with my order, it took a while to hear anything back. I sent a few emails and kind of waited around, but most of the time I didn’t get a response.

When they finally did reply, it didn’t really solve the problem. I don’t know, maybe they were busy, but it just felt like I had to keep chasing them to get even basic help.
The bagels may be good, but I’m not sure that makes up for being left hanging like that. I probably wouldn’t order from them again
